His secret to work-life balance is to be very organized and be sure he has the time for his family and enjoy life away from his desk. Go Andy! As a sometimes/erstwhile contractor LXD with SweetRush, I agree wholeheartedly with their choice of Andy as a/THE “BeKinder” employee. Andy was my first intro to SR in 2023, and he exemplified—still does!—the great “je ne said quoi” of SweetRush. While I’ve done just a small handful of contracts at SweetRush, I hope to do more—either as a contractor or as part of one of their staff augmentation teams—in large part to Andy and his ethos. Congratulations, Andy! This is well-deserved.
