I often think about pace and progress within ESG. Sometimes it takes 3 minutes or even 3 years to take a progressive step forward on a particular aspect. It doesn't matter whether it's big or small, what matters is that we are all taking positive steps forward. Partnerships and collaboration within our value chain are essential, both short term and long term goals are equally important as we look forward, building stronger climate resilience and continuously working towards a better outcome.
