Our white-label website solution offers Advantage members a cost-effective modern solution to help future-proof their online presence and support them in reaching new customers.
This initiative has continued to evolve, and we're pleased to announce that our inhouse tour operator Advantage Holidays & Cruise will be increasing its distribution on our bookable website option – offering members who either have one of our websites or use our offers platform, the opportunity to provide increased fully flexible, dynamically packaged holiday options to their customers.
Lee Ainsworth, our Head of Operations added: “Over 84% of Advantage Members regularly book with Advantage Holidays & Cruise, so they are very used to what we offer, and feedback from members has been very positive. This increased distribution was a natural step for us and re-affirms our commitment to members to ensure they have access to competitively priced holiday options under the central Advantage ATOL license, reducing the onerous need to hold their licensing arrangements. It also demonstrates our continued strategy to deliver technology solutions which futureproof our members’ online presence.”

While the course is absolutely stunning, I would argue we are not in the “golfing business” but rather in the hospitality business with an amazing golf course.
I make sure to not only provide good golfing advice/insight but I try harder to provide exceptional service and hospitality….unreaonably so
Why is “unreasonable hospitality” even a phrase and why does it matter?
It’s a phrase because our world has lost its instinctiveness to care for others ABOVE AND BEYOND what they expect to receive.
Now, it’s become “unreasonable” to show such hospitality.
And it matters so much because it is the thing that will differentiate you from everyone else providing a similar product or service.
Go the extra mile to make them feel seen…you just captured them.
Proactively anticipate a need they have because you’re aware of them and their preferences…you’ll blown their minds.
How do you try to provide unreasonable hospitality in your industry?
When I shifted my mindset from chasing big goals (booking the 20k+ trip) to focusing on small steps, everything changed.
It’s not about hitting a home run right away, it's about making progress, one base at a time.
I celebrate each small win, (like booking a $200 hotel room), am grateful for the opportunity and provide exceptional customer service!
