I need help! My sellers have been trying to transfer solar for over a month and we can’t close the sale without the transfer. We have not heard back and now you filed bankruptcy. We can’t close and it’s going to ruin 3 sales if we can get this resolved. This one house attached to your solar is contingent upon buyers selling their home and sellers purchasing a new but because the solar company won’t get back to us for Transfer we are at a complete standstill

Just got a delinquent notice from these people and my account is on auto pay and my bank shows it was paid as per the contract. Something shady going on with company. Sat on hold for 2 hours and still no help..

When there’s a problem, they eventually send someone out, but without the necessary repair parts. Despite our twenty-year lease, they don’t manufacture parts for our aging solar panel. The system broke after seven years, leaving us without any operation for two years. Every 3 to 4 weeks, they dispatch a team to diagnose the issue, but the lack of urgency and available parts is frustrating. Initially, we recommended SunPower to friends and family, but that won’t happen again. Our advice: Don’t use SunPower.”
