This alcohol-free version of the brunch classic uses heart-healthy low-sodium ingredients. Mix 2 cups of low-sodium tomato juice, the juice from half a lemon, 2 tsp horseradish, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp ground celery seeds, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. Pour into two glasses and garnish with stalk of celery. Dry January is not only a chance for your liver to heal from holiday celebrations, but an opportunity to explore alcohol-free libations. Dry drinks can be soothing, refreshing, and explode with flavor.

Lemon Drop Shot Ingredients 1 ½ ounces lemon flavored vodka (chilled) 1 ounce fresh squeezes lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup Sugared Rim 3 small slices fresh lemon (approximately 1-inch triangles (divided into 1 and 2 slices)) 2 tablespoons granulated sugar DIRECTIONS To rim the two 1.5-ounce shot glasses with the sugar, you will use one of the small lemon slices to run along the top rim of each shot glass. Place 2 tablespoons granulated sugar in a small shallow dish, then dip the lemon juice-rimmed shot glass into the granulated sugar. Add 3 small slices fresh lemon from the remaining two lemons to the rim of each sugar-rimmed shot glass. Set aside. To a cocktail shaker with ice (approximately 1 cup), add the chilled 1 ½ ounces lemon flavored vodka, 1-ounce fresh squeezes lemon juice, ½ ounce simple syrup and shake for 15-20 seconds or until very cold. Pour the lemon drop shots into the sugar-rimmed shot glasses, being careful not to get any liquid on the sugar rim. Enjoy! #youwilldowellbywells

Use a glass jar to make a sweet treat. 🍨 Basic Mason Jar Ice Cream Ingredients 1 cup heavy cream 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract A pinch of salt A 16 oz Mason jar, of course. Yield: About three servings. Steps 1. Pour the cream, sugar, vanilla and salt into the jar, and screw on the lid tightly. 2. Shake vigorously, until the cream thickens and almost doubles in size, which should take about five minutes. You’ll know you’re done when the mixture doubles in volume and is about the consistency of brownie batter. 3. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Then eat. Bechamil Sous Ingredients 5 tablespoons butter ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 quart milk 1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Directions Step 1 Gather all ingredients. Step 2 Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk into the melted butter until smooth. Cook and stir until the flour turns a light, golden, sandy color, about 7 minutes. Step 3 Increase heat to medium-high and slowly whisk in milk until thickened by the roux. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and continue simmering until the flour has softened and no longer tastes gritty, 10 to 20 minutes. Step 4 Season with salt and nutmeg. Step 5 Serve hot and enjoy!

You can make this recipe replacing it with your favourite soft drink and cocktail. Best thing you can make it home Ingredients *Vodka *Cointreau *Lemon Juice *Simple Syrup *Agar Agar *Unsalted oil 1. Put the ingredients of our cocktail in a shaker according to the recipe without putting ice and shake . 2. Put the cocktail and agar agar in the pot, turn on the heat, stir until the agar agar is homogenised in the liquid. Constantly check the temperature of the liquid with the thermometer, make sure that the alcohol does not approach the level of noulation. 3. Put the unsalted and minimally treated vegetable oil that we previously put in the cooler in a container. 4. Fill the liquid into a syringe, drip by drop patiently pouring into our cold oil. 5. Make the final strain and the edible cocktail is ready Mix it with your favorite drink , ice cream or what ever you want . 🥤🥤🥤Thirsty? We have the perfect refreshment recipe to satisfy your taste buds on this hot summer’s day - the Sweet Rosé Frosé recipe. Ingredients: - 750ml Namaqua Sweet Rosé - ½ Cup sugar - 250g Strawberries - 15ml Lemon juice - Mint leaves Instructions: Chill Namaqua Sweet Rosé in the freezer until almost frozen solid (it won't completely freeze due to the alcohol), for at least 6 hours. Meanwhile, bring sugar and ½ cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Add strawberries, remove from heat, and let sit 30 minutes to infuse syrup with strawberry flavour. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl (do not press on solids); cover and chill until cold, about 30 minutes. Scrape Namaqua Sweet Rosé into a blender. Add lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and 1 cup crushed ice and purée until smooth. Transfer blender jar to freezer and freeze until frosé is thickened (aim for milkshake consistency), 25–35 minutes.
