Moderation Requirements for roles (and accepted alternatives) At Paddles Up Training we know the importance of regular Moderation of course providers and how much Course Providers value thease interactions and the support they provider. But as a provider it can be challenging to keep track of your moderation requirements and as the volume of qualifications you deliver grows so does the number of moderation requirements and the risk of duplication.

A recent poll shows “knowledge” greatly benefits production for plunger lifted wells. Where do your well operators get that knowledge? How accurate and easy to understand is that knowledge? How long does it take? What value would a self paced, on-line, 13 part eLearning plunger lift course be to your organization? As an example of one Part, see “Algorithms for Conventional Wells” (https://lnkd.in/ge9G5sBw).

It was fantastic as usual, co-create are a breath of fresh air when it comes to coproduction. They are all about genuine coproduction being done in the right way. We most often hear coproduction being used as a buzz word for literally any sort of involvement or engagement. It’s so frustrating……..it’s ok to do other involvement and engagement as well, just please don’t say it’s coproduction! Going from one side of the table to the other helps you understand that there shouldn’t be a table at all. You don’t need to throw all your tables out but if you use the word coproduction, do you actually know what it means? If you don’t I’m sure co-create can help you 😉
We had a great lunchtime webinar yesterday on how to go beyond engagement to involve people and communities in designing, delivering, evaluating and overseeing services. I really enjoyed rattling through a whole set of models and methods, sparking ideas and conversations. There's still time to access our co-production training offer - a limited number of places at a 20% discount in return for some feedback on how it works in your context. There's more detail in the image below, just message me if you have any questions.

B is the correct answer! 📊✅ Vertical bar charts are useful when comparing different categorical variables, such as attendance in training sessions in each city. To further improve this graph, we can also add a descriptive title, place labels on each segment, and select more distinct colors for each individual city. Pie graphs, such as in A, are useful when conveying the general part-to-whole relationships of the segments, rather than comparing each segment with the others.
