Peachtree did it again.....

I like to say, we don't need to do more, we need to do more with what we have. Our marketing team did just that recently. Our executives were asked to offer lessons learned for an Investor Day booklet. The team took those quotes and turned them into an organic LinkedIn series, then compiled the series into a blog post. The series garnered (with one more post to go) 👍 More than 20,000 organic Impressions on the Peachtree pages alone. This does not include any shares. 👍 More than 550 reactions 👍 Social proof including comments like the one in the below post saying how much the reader enjoyed the series, as well as an email to our CEO with the same sentiments.   Not only did people enjoy it on LinkedIn, they clicked through to our blog post. We had 👍 75 Views from 66 users meaning some people viewed it more than once. 👍 Our engagement rate was 85.9% And this was all organic. No paid media behind it. Congratulations to Peachtree's Joshua Harris and Craig Miller (who has done videos for Peachtree) for being named to the most influential Georgian's in the creative industry list by Georgia Entertainment magazine.

I can't believe I missed #InternDay yesterday. Thank you to our intern Jack Seeds who has brought a lot of new ideas to the table and seemlessly integrated into our team. We will miss you when you go back to Elon next week. And Bergen Friedman our first Peachtree marketing intern who helped us through our rebrand and new website last summer. As I think about what advice I would give to interns returning to school, it is this... An internship is an opportunity for you to try things out as much as to learn specific skills. Try out a career and a company sure, but also try out 1. what type of commute are you willing to make to get to work? My son realized 25 miles can be an hour of soul crushing minutes in traffic. 2. What does 'work - life balance' mean to you? My other son famously announced after the first day of his first internship that "this job is going to take my whole day!" yes, and many, many more. 3. What are you willing to give up for that work-life balance - are you willing to forgo salary and upward mobility for more time off or remote work? Or your Tuesday night tennis team because this career you've chosen isn't 9 to 5? 4. Do you like working for this size company? I've worked in small and large offices, remote as well as in-office, all have their advantages and disadvantages. My son is an athlete, he likes being part of a team. For him it was important to be in a 'class' of people - a team environment vs. a lone wolf. I could go on, but the point is, an internship is an opportunity to understand the type of environment where you will be most successful and that will help you reach your goals before making a long-term commitment. What advice would you give to interns heading back to school?

We've expanded our marketing team at Peachtree Group this summer with the addition of Sarah Healy and intern Jack Seeds. The expertise they bring to our team has allowed us to introduce some fun pieces of content - like this audio gram promoting a blog post we did based on our annual Investor Day keynote. Next time you are watching a movie, look for Peachtree Group in the credits. Our marketing team created this animation for our film financing division. It was an interesting project - no one on our team had worked in film animation before, so it was all new and a big learning curve (FYI "rendering" takes several days - not hours, budget time and expectations wisely.) It's been a minute since I've done events. This one at the gorgeous Atlanta History Center officially debuted our EB-5 program to the industry. It was not only a lot of fun, but it also hit all the business objectives we had set. Peachtree is the new kid on the block in EB-5, and this party showed we are players and not only that, we offer so much more than just EB-5. Best part....we already have a potential prospect out of the event. It's not often you get such immediate ROI.
