Cali and her classmates spent months learning about the science behind yeast, the different types of bread that exist around the world, and all of the ingredients and tools used to make various doughs. Now, in this field study, they're able to take what they have learned in the classroom and use that knowledge to make their very own pizzas. Bon Appétit!
