I have experience in both Tier 3 and Tier 1 colleges. Based on my experiences, I can affirm that the learning environment, the circle of friends, and the support from faculty play crucial roles in one's academic journey. Unfortunately, these aspects are often lacking in Tier 3 institutions.🥹🥹 Moreover, if you attempt to undertake additional initiatives. Criticism and proof of wrongdoing are common🙏. Making it advisable to steer clear of such friends.🫂

1. There’s a reason why you’re in tier-3 college . 2. If not for tier-3 colleges, you wouldn’t have been a student of ANY college 3. Do not potray tier-3 colleges as no-value establishments. I don’t know about all but there are definitely many colleges which are doing good work in education, research and entrepreneurship!! If you’re not aware of those, you’re not using LinkedIn effectively. Educate yourself!!

This is true, even the last part. College / university is where people also do their dumb stuff and experiment so by the time they start working they are done with it. Well hopefully more done than less. Why is an executive MBA so expensive? Because you are buying the right to sit in the same room and get insights from other like minded and senior execs. That would be totally deminished if a bunch of grad students with no experience, and hence no value to add would sit around a table and discuss business issues. #management #leadership #university #mba #students
The whole point of a college degree according to Stallone 😁

Is it necessary to attend classes at college? Attending classes is an individual choice. I would bring upon the pros and cons. Lets talk about cons first. 1. You miss out the syllabus. 2. You dont know your faculty and vice versa. 3. You miss the probable questions going to be asked in the exams. Pros-All the above 3.
