I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s not true that companies stop hiring during the summer. Ok. That’s a lie. I do know who needs to hear this: all jobseekers or those who wish to switch jobs for whatever reason. 📣 Vacancies are still open through the summer. 📣 Interviews are still scheduled during the summer. 📣 Job offers are being made during the summer. It might be a little slower because more hiring managers take vacations in the summer. But it does not stop. If anything, it increases your chances because many won’t see my post and will take a break from job seeking… So, keep applying, keep showing up and keep being visible. It will pay off.
