If you have a problem with not finding suitable candidates for your open position. Reach out to your sales & marketing team. Figure out how they reach out to their target audience, How they engage with them, How they warm them up How they book appointments with them and ultimately close. You will need to do all the above. Hiring is not really as easy as it looks.

Be selective about advertising when looking for your next sales hire. Here’s a tip that will save you money and your business’s reputation: don’t blast hiring ads all over the internet, especially if you’re only filling a small number of roles. Today, the smartest candidates are looking to see how long you’ve been trying to hire and how many platforms you’ve tried. Oftentimes, they can find out how many candidates have applied and how realistic their odds of getting the job are. If you’re working with a recruiting agency, one rule of thumb is to partner with just one firm who you know you can trust to send quality candidates. In a perfect world, there are no job ads posted, and only one firm is reaching out to the candidates.
