#We Need A Bus Miracle! To mark 2024 Children's Day on May 27th in 2 weeks time, the The KNOSK N100-a-day Secondary School Kuje has set a goal to buy a fairly used 14Seater Volkswagen Bus for the school. Many kids walk very long distance be it in rain or sun, to and from school, and we can see the toll on their learning and health. We believe we can address this challenge, together we can raise the funds needed to purchase the bus to serve as a school shuttle for kids from farthest communities. Your donation can make a huge difference. Senior Manager(Sales and Partnership)- at Jackson and Frank || International PEO and Employment of Record(EOR) || Global Talent Immigration
Of Course to be continued...
Two days ago, our Jackson and Frank Mumbai Team visited the Indira Gandhi school in the northern part of Mumbai. This is a place where over 700 children from the local Gorai Pada slums get their education and shelter during the day. Education is the key to a brighter future, and we are committed to supporting these children on their educational journey. For now, we donated some essential school supplies, including pens, notebooks and giftboxes. One thing is sure: TO BE CONTINUED. We learned an important lesson: A bad five-year-old kid does not exist. A five-year-old with a bad start does. #JacksonAndFrankCares #EducationForAll #CommunityImpact #MakingADifference #Mumbai #Charity #TogetherWeCan

Exploring the third day of the #ContentCreationChallenge ⚡️on LinkedIn with Odamea Amoako.Today's emphasis revolves around the significant topic of facing challenges, fostering resilience, and problem-solving, ultimately paving the way to success.💫 My challenge arose during my tenure as the GUNSA president for high School. For our yearly project, we aimed to innovate by refurbishing a room in an orphanage for a more direct impact on the children, steering away from regular donations that sometimes resulted in profit for orphanage heads. ☹️However, contacting these orphanages proved difficult due to limited resources and blocked or inactive phone numbers found online. This delay consumed valuable time, making it impossible to carry out the refurbishment. Additionally, our initial collaboration with a school fell through last minute( a certain school in eastern region no shade🥱), casting doubt on our ability to positively impact the kids, which was crucial given the impressive work of my predecessors. Despite setbacks, Efua and Anne Cecile ( my deputies ) reassured me that even a last-minute donation would be worthwhile. And truly it was🥹. Subsequently, we partnered with Presec GUNSA, raising a substantial amount of money through internal programs and dues. Our donation comprised water, drinks, provisions, and a television for the orphans. To ensure the TV couldn't be sold elsewhere, we permanently branded it with both the school's and club's names and the year of our tenure of office. Moreover, we dedicated an entire day to the children, 🥳engaging in games and interaction, setting our donation apart from typical instances where people simply donate, take pictures, and depart. We motivated them to remain authentic, reminding them that their dreams know no bounds, and amusingly encouraged them to join GUNSA when they reach SHS (Senior High School). Reflect on moments in your career or education where you felt behind peers or faced significant challenges. How did you overcome these obstacles? Share your stories below to learn from each other's triumphs. #ChallengesAndTransformation #PersonalGrowth #OvercomingObstacles #EmbracingChange #LinkedInwithOd #onlinebranding #ContentCreationChallenge

Over the last two years, children across Ukraine have suffered trauma, dislocation, and loss. Children are left unsettled, lacking routines, and dealing with the loss of caregivers, family, and friends. With your support, Montessori Global Growth Fund is underwriting the costs of attendance for 60 children at 5 Montessori schools along the frontlines. At these schools, children are immersed in Montessori pedagogy and surrounded by Montessori classroom materials. Despite their hardships, these children are beginning the recovery process. However, the work is far from over, and we need your help. Please consider donating to support Ukraine relief during GlobalGiving’s Little by Little Campaign. April 8-12, GlobalGiving will be matching donations of up to $50 by 50%, giving you a rare opportunity to maximize the impact of your dollar. 🌟 Umuhoza Amina says: 🌟 Hello everyone! 📢 To those of you listening, I firmly believe that education has significantly contributed to your success today. Some of you may have been fortunate enough to have families that supported your education without any difficulties. Others may have completed their studies because someone else helped them, and now, you are valuable members of society. 🌍 However, many children today lack such support.🚫 That's why I'm calling on everyone to join hands with Grown to Help, which is currently raising funds to assist children from low-income families in enrolling in school. 📚 These kids have big dreams: becoming doctors, businesspeople, and more, but they need education to achieve them. 🎓💼👩⚕️ 🙏I urge you to donate; even a small amount can make a difference. 🤲 Donation link: https://lnkd.in/erDH6sJZ ▶️Here are some examples of what your donation can achieve: 1€ can buy a packet of 50 pencils 3€ can buy a packet of 50 pens 5€ can buy 10 packs of pads 10€ can buy 24 medium notebooks 15€ can buy 2 pairs of uniforms 40€ can cover one term of school fees for a student in 9&12yrs BE 80€ can cover one term of school fees in boarding school #EducationForAll #DonateNow #SupportChildren #GrownToHelp #BigDreams #MakeADifference

We will be doing this a lot. We will be doing this to show you "BEFORE and AFTER" of each of the 2,000 out-of-school children we are reaching and supporting with access to education this year. You will see their life transformation from street/slum to school. You will see their faces and know their names. You will see who exactly your donation is helping, and how exactly your donation is helping. And you will be glad you helped. The ₦100 million we are raising will reach and transform lives of 2,000 children this year. Every donation can make that happen. Kindly donate any amount you can afford to help. Any amount of donation will be appreciated. Even a donation of ₦1,000 will go a long, long way. Yes, it will. #ThankYou 🤝 ----------------------------- GOOD NEWS 📰 | Iyanu is back to school, thanks to financial support of our donors. He is now on the path out of poverty. Our long-term aim is to help him acquire 12 years of basic education, and then enrol him in a vocational/digital training to acquire a skill, and develop his God-given gift/talent so that he can fulfill his true potential and live a productive life. That is our main aim with all the 2,000 children we are reaching and supporting. #FundEducation #ForEveryChild #SDG4
