𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲: A record-breaking, 3.8 million SF e-commerce powerhouse. Landing the general award at the Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Top Project awards, Project Basie boasts some staggering stats: • One of #Oregon's largest buildings and the company's largest fulfillment center in the Northwest • 3.8 million SF of fulfillment space spread across five floors on a 90-acre site • Massive expansion joint ranging from 8 to 21 inches wide • 30-foot safety bubble for everyone on site Facing a compressed timeframe, our team delivered this complex project with precision and speed. We implemented innovative solutions to tackle the high seismic hazard, including a year-long coordination effort to design and install the building-spanning expansion joint. Safety remained a top focus. Our Personal Safety Management Program set a new standard in construction safety, empowering every team member to identify and mitigate hazards.
