11moUntil accountability is taken seriously, and laws properly applied, there will be no real and honest effort to prevent, manage or recover from crises. Which means, we can only brace up for the next wild and unnecessarily damaging crisis, and, in the meantime, enjoy the word spinning acrobatics of those who should have seen, heard, read, decided, signed, etc etc.
