This amazing team can help our partners and end users with two primary tasks before shipping our devices...SIMs & Software. · SIM options: Add (1) or more SIMs to the box that a Cradlepoint ships with. Insert (1) or more SIMs into a Cradlepoint device before shipping. Insert (1) or more SIMs into a Cradlepoint device before shipping AND Verify their activation with carrier(s). · Software options: Install specific NCOS and modem firmware versions. Move devices into customer's specified Device Group in NCM (i.e. pre-configure the devices before shipping). · Additionally - they can perform other staging activities (cable/antenna swaps, etc.) If there's something that could be done to help win a deal, ask. · And - We can ship to end user locations. If partner / distributor sends us a list of 500 sites in a spreadsheet, we'll directly ship to those 500 sites instead of sending the 500 to a single location.
