Diversity is our superpower 🌍✨ Reflecting on my journey since parting ways with Procter & Gamble, I've realized it's not the marketing skills or leadership training that reshaped my outlook on business. It's something more profound. Before P&G, I experienced the French corporate world, yet nothing compared to the vibrant mosaic of cultures and perspectives at P&G. From day one, you're part of a global family, working alongside people from every corner of the earth. This isn't about ticking boxes for Corporate Social Responsibility. This is about unlocking unparalleled performance. Diversity isn't just a nice-to-have; it's the cornerstone of excellence in a truly global enterprise. P&G doesn't just embrace diversity to polish its image. It leverages it as a critical strategy for being the best. Before my P&G days, I couldn't have grasped the power of diversity. I might have even led emazing-retailing down a narrower path, surrounded by people who mirrored only my thoughts and experiences. But now, I see clearly: Our success hinges not on avoiding diversity but on embracing it wholeheartedly. 🚀 Diversity is not just our policy; it's our strength. And at emazing, we're all in, committed to thriving because of our diverse talents and backgrounds, not in spite of them.

I recently had the opportunity to visit our QVC US headquarters, where I spent valuable time with leaders from across our global business. 🌎💼✈️ During the week we delved into strategic discussions, exchanged insights, and explored innovative approaches to drive our organization forward. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Collaboration Knows No Boundaries: Meeting face-to-face with colleagues reinforced the power of collaboration. We shared diverse perspectives, challenged assumptions, and co-created solutions that will shape our future endeavors. 2. Investing in Relationships: Beyond meetings and presentations, we connected on a personal level. These interactions fostered trust, strengthened bonds, and laid the foundation for lasting partnerships. 3. Whether it was a casual chat or a workshop, I absorbed valuable lessons that will inform my professional journey and learning together was fun! 4.
