Increased Accessibility: Last year, nearly 5.5 million apnea care products were shipped, and now Veterans can directly request items such as masks, tubing, filters, and more via the new online tool. 3. Improved User Experience: The VA.gov platform streamlines the ordering experience by prefilling certain order details based on the user’s account information, allowing for flexible completion within a 60-day window. How to Order: Veterans need to have specific details ready, including shipping and email addresses, and information about their hearing aids and CPAP machines. Ordering Process: The process involves confirming personal information, selecting items, reviewing, and submitting the order. Upon successful submission, Veterans receive a confirmation message and can track orders easily via an emailed tracking number. Delivery and Assistance: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days, and Veterans can seek guidance or support from the Denver Logistics Center Customer Service via phone or email if needed.
