Feeling overwhelmed by paperwork❓ As a remote transaction coordinator, I've been there! While catching up on old times with an old colleague, he complained about managing paperwork as a remote worker, since he recently started his own business. We'll call him Mr AA. We discussed the importance of going digital and getting organized. Here are 6 tips we discussed that will help any remote worker stay organized: ✔ Embrace cloud storage: Platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox can be a lifesaver. ✔ Create a solid filing system: Organize your documents into folders and subfolders. ✔ Utilize email filters: Sort incoming emails automatically. ✔ Consider a dedicated email management tool: Keep your inbox tidy. Examples: Gmail's built-in filters, Spark, or SaneBox. ✔ Use a project management tool: Track deadlines and tasks efficiently. Examples: Trello, Hubstaff, Monday.com ✔ Delegate tasks when necessary: Don't be afraid to delegate tasks to others if possible. These tips have been incredibly helpful for me as a remote transaction coordinator. By going digital, I've been able to access documents from anywhere, anytime.
