What an incredible way to end the week! Today marks my 6 month anniversary as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ann Summers 🐇 💕 Time really does fly by when you're passionate about what you do, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this amazing brand! ✨ During my 6 months here, I've celebrated some noteworthy accomplishments that I am incredibly proud of: ✅ Fortunately completed my probationary period! 👫 Built some valuable connections and relationships across the business! 💥 Played a pivotal role in planning and executing several Early Careers Assessment Days, recruiting 13 EXCEPTIONAL and TALENTED candidates that were ready to kickstart their career! 🌟 Sourced multiple brilliant candidates for our Head Office roles with 18 of them now thriving as my colleagues at Ann Summers and a few more starting with us in the next few weeks! 🌳 Experienced a lot of personal growth, shaping me into a more resilient and resourceful professional! And these are just a glimpse of the many highlights I could share. I can't wait to unveil what the next 6 months has in store for me. For some this might not seem a big deal but for me at the age of 26, uncertain about my career path, I felt a great deal of pressure and despite the challenges, I've now discovered my calling! 📣 Talent Acquisition resonates with me on so many levels, especially the joy of providing people the opportunities they once dreamt of. Each day, delving into candidates' stories, uncovering their skills, and occasionally revealing to them their brilliance they may have been unaware of - it's everything. And to do this within a brand that stands for something meaningful and is making a positive impact in the world, I finally feel like I'm where I belong.
