Purtroppo devo condividere la mia pessima esperienza che ho avuto e che sto avendo con Colnago. Dopo aver acquistato una V4RS a luglio 2023, mi ritrovo dopo pochi mesi, con il telaio crepato nella zona del canotto reggisella. La bicicletta non è più utilizzabile in quanto la posizione della sella non è stabile. In accordo con il riveditore, dopo avere inviato le relative foto dimostrative a Colnago ( la quale accetta la garanzia ), smontiamo il telaio e lo spediamo per effettuare la riparazione/sostituzione. Questo avviene a maggio 2024, ad oggi 24/07/2024 non ho ancora notizie su quando mi verrà restituito il telaio. Il customer service è praticamente inesistente, rispondendo in tempi biblici e senza dare indicazioni certe sui tempi. Tutto mi sarei aspettato ma non un trattamento del genere da un brand storico come voi. Sicuramente questo sarà il mio ultimo acquisto di un prodotto Colnago.Colnago
