It was incredibly rewarding to witness women being themselves, asking questions from the heart, and actively participating in the discussion. Today we're faced with a crucial question: What's holding us back from reaching our full potential? Is it cultural pressures, limited opportunities, or a mix of societal challenges? It's clear that to empower ourselves, we must first confront and overcome these obstacles. Prioritizing our own growth is key to empowerment. If we don't make ourselves a priority, we can't expect others to do so. This highlights the importance of self-reflection and introspection on our journey toward empowerment.
