1yYes! Thank you Jamie. ❤️ I just read an article that 75% of species are going / will be extinct in the near future. So crushing. I love that Frans included relaxing, embracing disorder, making noise! Yes! There is a tendency to try and overcurate our relationship with nature. What a beautiful invitation both you and he offer. What's your daily/regular practice to reconnect with nature? How much time? (I'm still working on my own practice!)
