Despite the fact that I am not utilizing the services or the associated number, I have been billed for the past few months. When I registered a complaint regarding this matter, I was informed that I must first pay one or two months’ bills before the remaining charges can be addressed. This is not a feasible solution, as I am seeking to update my records with the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) and my related applications with the accurate and requested amounts. I kindly request the following actions to resolve this matter promptly: 1. Update my account with the actual outstanding amount that needs to be paid, reflecting only the legitimate charges. 2. Cease any further monthly billing for the blocked account and services. 3. Provide a resolution at the earliest to ensure my AECB and other applications are not negatively impacted by inaccurate financial data. Your urgent attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
