Do you write Medical Student Performance Evaluations (MSPE)? A common criticism of the MSPE is its lack of objective data for residency selection. The AAMC suggests summative assessments, but methods vary widely. Our recent publication with Journal of Graduate Medical Education offers 9 best practices for accurate and fair student comparisons to enhance the MSPE. You can read the article here: https://lnkd.in/e3ms9ZaZ This article is proudly co-authored with: Scott Cottrell, Jason Hedrick, PhD, Sarah Sofka, and Norman Ferrari. 🤗

By collaborating with (Imed), we had the incredible opportunity to examine 5th year medical students as they navigated through simulated real exam conditions. 🏥📚 📍The OSCE simulation was conducted at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. At AGEMS, our team of international doctors puts students to the test under real exam conditions to help them sharpen their skills and focus on areas needing improvement. 🎯📈 🤔 Curious about what it takes to succeed in the medical field? Do not miss the contact session; we will answer some of the questions we have received and clarify how the program will work... The first question is, what is the cost? Who can attend? What happens after the training? The Master Class is really prepared for people looking to step into the industry; other offerings are in the pipeline for experienced professionals. In general, these are some of the questions I receive in my inbox, and I know many more people within the field are receiving similar questions. We can have a general discussion on some questions, such as Query 1, " I aspire to be a Clinical Research Associate in future, but I am really conflicted as to which honours program to consider. Can you please provide me with some advice on what would increase my chances of getting a job in the field pertaining to which programme would be best between the two? I would appreciate it". Query- 2, "I have just completed my MSc in Nanoscience and I am interested in entering the clinical research realm. I have GCP certificate and I have been applying with no luck." Query 3, "I completed a GCP training what should happen next?" Query 4, "Good morning Mam, i hope you are well. Do you know any organization that is willing to train prospective Clinical Research professionals in practical work specifically for free? I am trying to transition into the clinical research space, i figured the best way would be to acquire practical experience. Your feedback would be highly appreciated. Thank you." Follow the below post, register for the session on the 7th or the 14th, I am looking forward to having an open chart with you about your challenges, and hope to offer help as much as possible.
