when will snapchat responded to the Old Police regardig the fake account the was made in my 11 year old daughters name and was used to bully other 11 year old on your app, we have been chasing this for about 2 months ( it took your team over a week just to repond and remove the fake account, and you would remove it even when multiple kids reported it as a fake account. Snapchat wont even remove underage children from your app when i have reported them. The mental health issues this has caused my daughter from an app she doesnt even use is major. Snapchat keep saying they are looking after teen why not remove the children that are underage, just because they lied about the year they were borned doesn't prove its corret. Maybe when you receive a report regarding underage users you should ask for a student id to be sent and then a video call to prove its them.

That's great to hear about the features added by Snap. However, addressing bullying and sextortion attempts still has a long way to go. Here in Australia, I have developed an app called Yoochooz that prevents inappropriate messages from being sent in real time. It provides an opportunity for children to reconsider when a prompt is issued. If the child still decides to send the message, a copy is automatically sent to their parents through the Yoochooz device. This solution should not be solely reliant on social media platforms. It requires a collective effort involving parents, social media platforms, and law enforcement. By collaborating, we can find a comprehensive solution to these issues. www.yoochooz.com.au

Snapchat, your moderation system is completely wrong. My account with more than 130k followers was suspended for non-existent content. Impossible to talk to a human, only automated responses. This is a lack of respect for content creators.

lmao the CEO snapchat france gregory gazagne blocked me on linkedln at his old age he's not even ashamed and all that because I told the truth on snapchat and he preferred to block me rather than answer my question it's really the lousiest application in the history of applications you are account thieves I will file a complaint against you Snap Inc.
