Sean Taylor, partner here. RCK and welcome to another short video on transformation journeys. When changing disruption are the norms, the use of interim executives is indispensable is indispensable for organizations seeking that first time transformation result. Interim brings specific skills and experiences. They offer significant expertise and agility when needed most. But this does not come without a risk, and the and the client always carries that risk as the interim and the intermediary agent profit, even if you're transformation fails. Now this can be rebalanced in a way that creates A vested partnership, with all sides sharing that risk and all sides being vested in the single outcome. The answer rests in how you hire. How do you ensure the interim provider and the interim are vested in your outcomes? How are they vested as in fact how they as vested as you are in your outcome? We've all hired consultants and interim from the traditional day rate basis. With the Internet provider and the interim being paid on the days engaged on a promissory basis, were there any form of guarantee or warranty? But it's just the best outcome for you, for you, the customer. Now ASK are not the traditional interim provider. We have a sea level business and technology leadership background. We are practitioners. We have delivered global complex transformations and been involved in numerous M&A transactions. As execs and practitioners, we came at this from a different perspective. We wanted to create a level playing field that placed the client outcome at the center of our value proposition. Now we started with a simple question. What does the client not get from the way they currently hire interims and consultants? How can we improve the offer? Now the solution we came up with was an outcome based offering that balances the risk across the provider, the interim and in a way that puts the client outcome at the core of our offering. When you're incurring a cost of above ��150,000 for a six month engagement for an interim, we believe you need some form of performance guarantee, something more than just a promise. Now we achieve this through a unique approach of offsetting and agreed percentage of the day rate and linking that payment to define outcome or product. We believe this is a fairer approach. This approach introduces risk to the interim and the interim provider and reduces the risk on the client in a way that knocks is not commonly offered by other providers. Now in complex, high pressure, fast-paced engagements, interims make mistakes. They're inevitable, but how you recover them as critical and with a focus on the rate that's directly linked to an outcome, We believe our approach enhances your chances of transformation success and actually makes us a better vested partner.
