Ideally, they’ve been an SDR before or have recent hands-on prospecting experience. ✅ Fast career growth and consistent promotions show ambition. You want someone who could maybe even evolve into a player/coach as your team scales. At least a mentor. ✅ Ownership mindset – find someone who’s eager to drive both their personal growth and your company’s success. ✅ Track record of hitting quota for 3-4 years is key.
