Another step forward towards #electrification

All good things come in threes. Poland, Portugal in 2023 and now the Baltic countries. We finalized the 3rd phase of our Business Development project in Europe, by the completion of the transfer of #Nissan operations to Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy in 3 Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. After Poland and Portugal, this 3rd phase was an important milestone for us, in line with our distribution strategy in Europe, for sustainable growth that entails #rationalization of our business as well as #prioritization and focus, to transform the corporation into a leaner and more agile company. This partnership with Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy will ensure the continued success of the #Nissan business in the Baltic countries, improve market focus and agility, and better serve the needs of the company's customers and retail partners. ORT ITALIA IS AT ITS 60TH BIRTHDAY 1964- 2024 ORT Italia blows out 60 candles this year: the history of the company currently located in Ticengo begins in 1964 with the intuition of the founders Luciano and Paolo Cavagnoli to produce thread rolling machines which until then were almost unknown to the Italian market, but even less at an international level. Machines market and technology evolution begins which will ensure that the company will sell more than 4,000 machines all over the world, bringing awareness of the ORT brand beyond the Italian borders in a very short time. The ORT brand conceived the first machine with three slides managed by hydraulic movement, continuing in the following decades with increasingly important innovations, such as the use of servomotors, CNC numerical control, expanding the range of machines and thus establishing the ORT ITALIA brand in the world as synonymous with quality and reliability. 60 years and not feeling it... the evolution of the technology developed so far by our company has made us strong in our know-how on the market, but certainly with an eye always projected towards the future which aims at constant improvement and innovation always in view of new and important goals. #VittoriaLabs is part of the story of a company that chose to initiate an effective learning process based on experiments and experience, transforming 'redesign cycles' into 'learning cycles.' WE ARE IN THE FINAL STAGES OF A MAJOR MODERNISATION, COSTING TENS OF MILLIONS OF EUROS, AND ANOTHER, EVEN BIGGER ONE IS ON THE WAY 📈 The MSM GROUP CEO Miloslav Mahut, confirmed this to the daily Pravda: "In the next two to three years, we plan to invest a total of more than 200 million euros." ✅ Investments will be made in all our companies to further expand production capacity. But we also need to think about expanding our workforce. 🤩 "We have heard that you are a good place to work," are the words with which people bring their CVs to the ZVS factory in Snina, which currently employs 160 people. ZVS in Dubnica employs 450 people and is still recruiting. 💪 This will make us one of the most important employers in the region. We plan to hire nearly 150 people in 2025, and by the end of the year we will have more than 1,500 employees across the Group. 👨🎓👩🎓 Recruiting more highly qualified staff remains a challenge. We try to find the best on the market and then train our own specialists, which often means going abroad. It helps that we are a member of the international Czechoslovak Group, which allows us to cooperate and share know-how across companies.
