Let me tell you what is disheartening to observe... Many employers are still requiring their staff to be in the office 3-4 days a week and labeling this as 'flexible work'. True flexibility accommodates diverse needs and preferences. Regressing to near-full-time office mandates not only feels like a step backward but also raises concerns about the organizational culture being promoted.
