How can you effectively manage your staff over Christmas? With the holidays fast approaching, Christmas can be one of the busiest times of the year for most businesses. It's important to ensure you adequately manage your staff during this period for maximum efficiency. First and foremost, ensure you understand your staff's availability over the holiday period. Communicate to your employees what the company's expectations are, such as if they can take time off or if additional hours may be required. To ensure productivity levels don't drop, set smaller, achievable goals that can be met before the end of the year. Allow employees to have flexible working arrangements if possible, and make acceptance of requests for adjustments easier.
