🚫 Limited Career Growth and Stagnant Income I’ve been working in customer support for a while now, and it’s become clear that this role offers little to no growth, both in terms of career progression 📉 and income 💰. Despite putting in countless hours solving customer issues, handling escalations 🚨, and maintaining customer satisfaction 👍, there’s no meaningful advancement in terms of responsibility or position. The pay is stagnant 💤, with minimal raises, even after years of experience. The job feels repetitive 🔄 and there’s no opportunity to develop new skills 🛠️ or move into higher-paying positions. If you're looking for long-term growth 🌱 or financial advancement, this is not the role for you. Would not recommend this as a long-term career path 🚪 unless serious changes are made to the structure of this industry.
