During the recent Mental Health Awareness Week, the employees at CT Skills were given a half day off to focus purely on their mental health. As this year's theme was movement, our employees spent time reconnecting with nature, spending time with loved ones or animals, and some even went fishing! It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, this year focusing on ‘Movement’ and we’ll once again be taking part in several activities throughout the week.   From team breakfasts, lunchtime walks and chair exercises, we’ll be encouraging our staff to take time to look after their health and find moments for movement.   Mental Health Awareness Week is a great way to promote the topic, however, we know that it’s not just about one week, that’s why we invest in mental health first aiders within the business and have regular team get-togethers to promote talking and sharing. 💚   #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #MentalHealth
