When we look at the gaming market as a whole (represented here by total raw mindSHARE*), some obvious but interesting trends emerge: - Game engagement reliably increases with the start of summer break - Conversely, game engagement reliably decreases at the start of the school year - Year end holidays are always good for a bump followed by new year downtrends - The rapid growth in engagement during COVID was unique but the contraction should have been expected - In its current form, the gaming market is mature and tapping the ceiling of what we can expect for revenue, growth and users *mindSHARE is the sum of engagement across search, video, streaming, and social, highly correlated with users but ultimately measuring the whole gaming ecosystem
