In our enchanting world of early education, we're weaving a magical tapestry of manners and kindness. At KA- The Preschool , the magical words "I am sorry," "Thank you," "Please," and "Excuse me" hold the key to a harmonious and joyful learning environment. But why are these magic words important during early education? ✨ Saying "I am sorry": Little hearts learn the power of empathy and understanding, fostering a culture of compassion. 🌟 Expressing "Thank you": Gratitude becomes a daily practice, cultivating a positive atmosphere where appreciation blooms. 🎈 Using "Please": The magic wand for collaborative play, teaching our tiny learners the art of making requests with kindness. 🚀 "Excuse me" Adventures: Nurturing courteous communication, our little explorers navigate their world with politeness. As we strive to provide the best for our future generation, we would love your support on this wonderful journey. Let's make these special words not just the basis of education, but also of building good character. By teaching these words and their meanings at home, we can help children understand the importance of being polite and make it a habit throughout their school experience. Together, let's create a community where the magic of politeness shines brightly! 🌟🏫✨ KA- The Preschool #knowledge #kidsactivities #PrePrimaryMagic #PolitenessMatters #EarlyEducationMagic 🧚♂️📚

Friday Motivation: Hard to believe it, but the first wave of COVID babies has graduated Pre-K this week (in the US). This means that their official Education journey begins this Fall as they enter Kindergarten. A unique generation that came into the world with a special set of challenges that forced parents and educators to work in parallel universes and create pragmatic learning spaces for small children in the middle of their social development years. Here's to having kept things as simple as possible in a time of great uncertainty and fear; first principles, connection to nature, love of learning, back to basics, books matter, kindness matters, friendship matters, a great educational foundation indeed.

Day 16 Hurray 🎉🎉 Day sixteen is here, five more days to go💃💃💃💃 One beautiful characteristic of an early years teacher is being a super fun lover and an exciting person. This enthusiasm and zest for life will ignite a spark in your classroom which in turn will make learning an adventure for those super learners. As I write, I feel like doing some drama 😊😊 on this point. An early years educator will infuse joy into every lesson, turn mundane tasks into exciting discoveries, create an environment where curiousity thrives and laughter fills the air. One way to achieve this is through spontaneous action like dancing or story telling. You knów, children are very wonderful, the things that interests them and catches their fancy might look very insignificant to us but those are the things that helps you bond with them at the same time. Children have passion for fun. Sometimes, I just do some funny things before my children and when they begin to laugh, in my mind, I'm like is this really funny but if it makes them happy, well, I will carry on. A happy teacher will produce happy children. #marathonwritingchallenge #teacheronmission #earlyyearsmatter #teacherwithadifference #teacherondivineassignment #ChristianEducator #earlyyearsfreak #earlyyearsmatterswithmissBlessing #earlychildhoodeducation #earlyyearseducation #earlyyearslearning

As an early childhood educator, self care and moments alone are very, very, very important to me. I start my day with a hot cup of chai or green tea as I reflect on my past, current and future. These three phases of my life are important because it sets into perspective who I am and all that I can become. #earlychildhoodeducation, #earlylearning

We celebrate Teachers Day on Sep 5th, kids get some time-off, some of us wish each other, wish our teachers on social media, perhaps some take time out to visit their alma-mater as well - kudos to everyone who takes the effort. Having a particular day to remember Teachers is fine, but is it enough? Being a teacher is tough, one has got to be patient, kind, innovative, communicative, smiling, affable, knowledgeable, have the right attitude, be a mentor, the list seems endless. Starting from mothers and fathers to the kindergarten teacher who taught (dramatized??) Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, to the common unknown people who taught us day-to-day wisdom, to colleagues, bosses, friends, neighbours, everyone who has touched our life has been a Teacher - in their own way. When the student is ready the teacher will appear, and the when the student is truly ready the teacher will disappear. Such is the effort of a teacher! To prepare us not just for that one exam or certificate but impart invaluable lessons through it all - one just needs to see through it. On this occasion, my fond rememberances towards my parents, grandparents, friends, colleagues, the unnamed common man, and of course all the lovely teachers who I have had the privilege of learning 'under' and with. On a personal note, I have strongly believed that submitting oneself to your teacher is a very humbling and enriching experience, and the best way of imbibing what one can from their Teacher - it does not mean Do Not ask questions or accept/follow blindly - just means acknowledge that another person knows better and be willing to unlearn and re-learn - age and experience no bar. Happy Teachers Day to all those who work to empower others! #teachersday #softskills #empower #learninganddevelopment #gratitude

In a North Texas kindergarten classroom, a heartwarming morning ritual is changing the way we think about the start of a school day. Each student is greeted with a handshake, direct eye contact, and warm smiles from their teacher and classmates. This unique practice is more than a routine; it's a profound lesson in empathy, respect, and the art of human connection. By incorporating social-emotional learning (SEL) into the classroom from an early age, this innovative approach highlights the importance of seemingly small gestures and lays the foundation for a generation that values kindness, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence. These students are learning that every interaction is an opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the humanity in each other. The significance of this daily ritual extends far beyond the classroom walls. It teaches young minds invaluable skills of empathy and connection that are crucial in today's increasingly digital and often impersonal society. This story isn't just about a classroom in North Texas; it's about setting a new standard for education everywhere, one handshake and smile at a time. Let's celebrate this inspiring story and recognize the profound impact that such practices can have on shaping compassionate, empathetic individuals ready to make their mark on the world. #KindnessInClassroom #EmpathyEducation #SocialEmotionalLearning #FutureLeaders #CommunityBuilding #TeachKindness #InnovativeTeaching #EducationRevolution https://lnkd.in/e7W2_a-2

Engaging stories are a powerful tool in kindergartens to spark curiosity and foster a love for learning among young children. These stories take children on imaginative adventures, introducing them to new concepts and ideas in a fun and relatable way. Whether it's through the journey of a curious caterpillar exploring a garden, a bear embarking on a forest adventure, or a young astronaut dreaming of space travel, these tales captivate children's imaginations. They not only entertain but also teach valuable lessons about the natural world, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. By weaving educational content into captivating narratives, kindergartens can inspire a lifelong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning in their students.

Can Appreciation Shape Children’s Learning Behaviour? Even today, our cherished memories often revolve around moments of appreciation from our parents, teachers, and colleagues. Appreciation cultivates a positive learning environment by reinforcing good behaviour and efforts. It boosts confidence, encourages engagement, and fosters a sense of belonging. Through appreciation, children feel valued and motivated to explore, learn, and grow academically and socially. Veena Gusain Memorial Foundation's creative kids program underscores the significance of parents and teachers appreciating children's learning efforts. It suggests parents include appreciation in their interactions or feedback to kids. #LearningMotivation #AppreciationInEducation #LearningSuccess #MotivateKids #SupportingYoungMinds
