Upon commencing the programme every athlete will be subjected to a battery of physical tests from on-field speed and endurance tests to gym based maximal strength tests. These tests will be repeated regularly to monitor progress. Hey everyone Today I wanted to Share 10 exercises that our elite level athlete Chloe Boston is doing tailored specifically not only for BJJ athletes but Rugby League. There's a countless saying go ways to achieve a goal, and this is especially true for combat sports athletes when it comes to strength and conditioning. 🏉🏋🏻 One thing that I love about my job as a S&C coach is being able to coach them and see how these young athletes enjoy their workouts, lifting with intent and obviously smiling. Sometimes getting all of the young athletes to buy in on the strength and conditioning program is quite challenging.
