Aren't you afraid AI will take over your work? As an administrative assistant, often I get asked this question. In fact, just the other week someone told me he is working on an app that'll make my whole work unnecessary, and it should replace Administrative assistants entirely ❗❗❗ I actually love this question. My answer is... I use AI all the time, to make my workflow better! Im not scared itll take over my job, itll only make things better and help me have an easier workflow. For example: 📌If I have a question about how to rephrase something better, thats my go to. 📌If I want to know how to do a complicated thing in an Excel chart 📉📈 📌If I want to check my spelling and grammar (yep, grammerly is an Ai tool folks!) 📌If I want to find a shorter way of handling certain tasks, for example, where are the 5 best accounting firms in Israel (just ask there!) I use AI all the time, even as an assistant, it helps me so much! I love the value it adds, and am not afraid it'll take over my work in the slightest. If anything, im sure it will help me free up time to focus more on revenue earning tasks for my clients. Do you get asked this question as well, in your field?

The jobholder would be responsible to support the operations and enforcement tasks of the AI Office, to keep office administration, procedures and operations running smoothly. We did it! Last week, we submitted our Innovate UK Smart Grant application for a significant project to build and distribute Hireable's ground-breaking technology. It was tough, but our team's dedication made it happen. With AI-driven tools, we plan to streamline job search, improve employment rates, and cut costs for both private and public sectors by automating job search and career transition. We’re tackling issues like work coach burnout, high turnover, and barriers faced by non-native English speakers and those with disabilities related to finding work. What are we doing to change this exactly? Here's just a few examples of what our platform will do: - AI CV Builder: Creates optimized, industry-specific resumes. - AI Interview Coach: Provides realistic video interview practice and feedback. - AI-Powered Browser Extension: Automatically fills in job applications (*cough* Workday *cough*) and enhances networking. These tools will save time, reduce stress, and improve job matching. This means shorter unemployment periods and lower public spending on welfare. Our goal is to support economic stability and offer better opportunities for everyone. A special thank you to a couple of people who really came through to help get this application over the line in such a short window of time.
