Sebastian Bourmer, CFA, Executive Committee Member at Statista, kicked off the afternoon with a keynote on โCaring and Challenging Leadership: The Dual Pillars of Modern Leadershipโ, sharing key insights and learnings from his own leadership journey, influenced by thought leaders such as Kim Scott. Followed by other leaders in the room sharing their individual experiences in leading individual team members, smaller and bigger teams as well as full-fledged organizations.
