At the beginning of November, we again ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฝ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—›๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ. Sebastian Bourmer, CFA, Executive Committee Member at Statista, kicked off the afternoon with a keynote on โ€œCaring and Challenging Leadership: The Dual Pillars of Modern Leadershipโ€, sharing key insights and learnings from his own leadership journey, influenced by thought leaders such as Kim Scott. Followed by other leaders in the room sharing their individual experiences in leading individual team members, smaller and bigger teams as well as full-fledged organizations. Thank you to Dr. Moritz Freiherr von Campenhausen, Hamburg Office Leader at Egon Zehnder, for his insights from his many years of leadership advisory work, one of the pillars of our service portfolio. The wrong tone of one team member can resonate throughout the entire organization and disrupt the collective performance. ๐Ÿ’ก ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น, especially when dealing with members of the leadership.
