What I’ve learned working for social media agencies 👇 📍 managing people is far more important than it is talked about (I’m noticing that myself) 📍 motivation is not tied with money, but the paycheck has to be fair 📍 you CAN master a skill within a couple of months 📍 a job can only offer so much, true growth is being done outside of work There is many more lessons, but the most important one gotta be: Put the employee 1st. Since I (we) can’t avoid working with other people, this is an important note to self. Ps: that's me working at AdStar and a beautiful product I was selling for a client at the time 😍👇
