The "Shopify Help Center" is one of the worst experiences I've had, no phone no email just online bot chat. - my phone can't receive the code, so "I can't access my account" -> I choose "Contact Shopify Support". - The auto answer is "Select a store" - "Login" to my store - Failed again.... because my phone can't receive the code, so the loop comes again... 🤣 😂
Very disappointed in your services. Was facing an issue on my store, talked to your customer support, help center, shopify discussions.... And no one could help me with this issue. Everyone keeps saying just wait for the mail from expert team. Been 10-12 days on my first store and 48 hours on this new store, they didn't contact or resolved the issue for me on any of the stores.
Can't wait to use all the updates for our merchants who were waiting for some of it for so long especially the split shipping!Love You Shopify !

2wWe have recently migrated 3 websites to Shopify (1 Plus, 2 Shopify subscriptions). What I can't figure out is why would the worlds best Ecommerce platform limit businesses to only 100 variants for Bundles and then release Combined Listings but only for Plus stores.. Why not allow companies to stay on the Shopify subscription but pay extra for Bundles or Combined Listings... Why limit it at all? Isn't the goal of Shopify to equip businesses with the tools needed to sell online? Then why limit potential sales due to variant limits. Sounds crazy in todays time 😂
