JOSE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Shelley Zalis As a new GIRL DAD, I remember the very same moment for my wife Kristina and daughter Lilah... And it wouldn't happen for them at first. It was challenging... It was life and death... It was my wife's sole purpose in her world 🌎 But God! Just hours before I was holding the hand off my world (my wife) and being handed my other world in my arms (my daughter). I cooked for her via love and she provided her body as good to our newborn out of love! Almost a year now our worlds are inseparable.
…And food which has been prepared with love, by someone who loves creating great food, tastes better than a meal that has been thrown together thoughtlessly.

Food is love, mother's milk is a sign of love! This message hits different; I've nursed all my kids. We never purchased any formula or bottles, taking a moment on my Birthday to Celebrate 🎉 myself and say I expressed so much love because I unconditionally gave love to my little humans. He is such a rockstar and I feel so proud we share home town (although not cooking skills 😜) it’s funny how everything in Spain happens around dinner table… family, business and fun is always fine around food!
Not only just a wonderful Chef, but truly an aspiring Humanitarian and human. I aim each day to be a little more like him. His restaurants are a superb experience that stay with you long after experiencing them. Much like the man himself. If you haven’t been and have the opportunity to go I recommend treating yourself to one.
