Another milestone study co-authored by CytoReason scientists was just published in Nature Communications! Congrats to Cytos Amit Frishberg, Karen Regev Berman, Evgeny Bakin, as well as our Chief Scientist Shai Shen-Orr and our Science Advisory Board member Fabian Theis. Introducing TimeAx, a first-of-its-kind algorithm for explicitly modeling disease progression dynamics from high-resolution molecular data. Timeax allows researchers to follow patients using a single scale, and to compare their progression over time. They can also leverage the algorithm to understand molecular mechanisms driving disease progression and to develop advanced diagnosis and prognosis tools for better clinical care. Well done team!
