On the topic of M&A and arbitration, Founder and Managing Partner of Sarie Eldin & Partners, Dr. Hani Sarie-Eldin, spoke about the trends and insights of post-M&A and arbitration. Dr. Hani also emphasized the potential consequences of post-M&A closing disputes, highlighting the significant challenges that could be posed for the companies' management, since the disputes represent a challenge to the management and could negatively impact the proposed acquisition, potentially leading to its collapse.
