SevenRooms announces its inaugural Customer Advisory Board 🌎🍴 With Ari Kastrati serving as the board's Chairman, alongside Kelly MacPherson, Syed Asim Hussain, Kylie Moncur, and Hannah Berry, we are thrilled to embark on a journey of collaboration and innovation with these global hospitality leaders. This year’s board theme is “Future Proofing to Serve Up Success.” Board members are focused on providing insights into the future of hospitality, emerging trends and best practices from global markets, and how technology can help bridge the gap between guests and restaurants to deliver authentic, hospitality-driven experiences that build loyalty and create more predicable revenue, more often.

Truly strategic customer engagements are uniquely valuable in building a trusted advisor relationship with your most important clients. Customer success teams and technology like Gainsight are incredible at capturing data and supporting the operational playbooks that deliver the value and outcomes your clients are looking for and a CAB is a perfect complement, bringing a different perspective at the executive level that can easily get missed or often can't be caught any other way. I especially appreciate your focus on a diverse global member group, including a broader industry perspective and keeping with the theme of "Future Proofing to Serve Up Success".
