The most well capitalized investment firms are gearing up for huge opportunities in office. I don't have any major involvement in office as I only have one small medical office development, but it's obvious that some of the large firms are starting to salivate. I'm seeing a large number of articles about how office properties are failing and starting to be foreclosed on while at the same time I'm seeing just a high a number of articles about new real estate funds being started with the intent to acquire office buildings. Want to know the thing that interests me the most? I'm also seen a number of articles that more and more companies are continuing to force employees back into the office. Take all of this in and it appears to be a great time to be a large, well capitalized firm who's not scared of office.
