This perspective raises thought-provoking questions about the traditional norms and practices in the workplace. It indicates that the pandemic has necessitated a reassessment of the conventional office-based work model in which employees typically commute to a physical workplace for long hours each day, which prompts us to consider what other aspects of our lives and routines are shaped by external factors, such as societal expectations, cultural norms or collective behavior rather than individual choice or necessity. In essence, sometimes, it takes a significant disruption like a global pandemic to challenge established routines and habits, leading to potentially positive changes and new perspectives on our lifestyles and work dynamics.

Have you ever been on a dream team?  Here’s what ours looks like… This week Forte HQ is on a company offsite.  Our entire US team flew 🛩️ in from different parts of the country to be together in one of the most epic places in California called Lake Tahoe 🌲 🌊 ❄️.
