Yes I manage a team… a team of ONE
Both funny and sad. But so true!
Ah, the beauty of simplicity and efficiency! Managing a team of one, yet achieving the impact of many, is a testament to the power of focused effort and expertise. Keep up the stellar work!
What I personally find frustrating is that had this been for a position within finance or upper management it would have been considered ridiculous, impossible and taken care of asap. It just wouldn’t have been accepted. That, to me, says it’s really the branding of marketing itself that gives it such a low perceived value… despite it often being responsible for several key areas of a business success 😉 Marketing is in desperate need of some personal branding at this point! 😁

We all started as Chris but that's why this is fun and you see your growth and develop your specialities. Chris is the perfect example of what a lot of digital marketing "team" was (and still is) like. I really enjoy this.
