We are thrilled to share that Vogue has featured Annabelle Selldorf in this year’s September issue. Thank you to Vogue, Anna Wintour, Annie Leibovitz and Dodie Kazanjian for this incredible profile which starts with a hard-hat tour at the soon-to-be completed The Frick Collection, travels to a tiny island in Maine where Annabelle spends her downtime, and insightfully captures what distinguishes Annabelle’s humanist and sensitive design instinct. In addition to the Frick the article discusses other current major projects including the National Gallery London, One Domino Square, and the Château Haut-Brion winery in Bordeaux. "Dumbarton Oaks is one of those rare places where nature, art, and architecture come together in a very special and unique way. It is hard to think of other urban locations that have this harmonious mix. We are proud to contribute a new building that will enable Dumbarton Oaks to deliver its important mission to support the humanities with resources for scholars and the general public as it provides critical access to its gardens and landscape for all to enjoy.” - Annabelle Selldorf We are thrilled that Selldorf Architect was given the opportunity to design Farrand House in collaboration with Reed Hilderbrand as Landscape Architects. We are thrilled to share that David Zwirner’s Los Angeles flagship location at 606 North Western Avenue will open on May 23 with an inaugural exhibition presenting one work by each of its 80 artists. The newly constructed three-story building spans 15,000 sf of exhibition space and includes private viewing rooms, offices, and an outdoor terrace with views of the Hollywood sign. On the ground floor, skylights provide an abundance of controlled natural light to the primary public art spaces. Linking East and West Coast flagship locations, Selldorf designed a concrete staircase reminiscent of the distinctive stair at David Zwirner 20th Street in New York.
