Are you Talent Ready? Last week, I spent over an hour completing the Reo Group 100 point talent readiness survey with a multi-national business. Some of the conversation points that were led from the survey were: 💡Job descriptions are not set and forget, they need to be revised regularly to keep up with a progressing brand and business landscape. 💡 Unification of “brand message” throughout the company is believed, but not known. What do your team say about the company? 💡 There are always gaps, that we are blind to, efficiencies we are unable to create internally. 💡 The company culture is built around family, everything, even when its maybe to the detriment of the business, itself. The time invested completing this survey was highly rewarding. It will lay the roadmap for some highly impactful changes in the business and further cemented the trust in our relationship. 🤔As a recruiter should I be attending #JPM? 🤔 I have never attended JPM, mainly because it's renowned for being the ultimate hub for funding and investment. I've always felt like hiring takes a bit of a backstage seat during this time. 🔎 However, surely there is some value in me attending? 🕵️♂️ I've built my career on the belief that face-to-face meetings are unparalleled when it comes to understanding a company's culture - a key puzzle piece when tackling job briefs (arguably the most important piece). 🧩 During JPM week, the executive teams are all under one roof. 💼 I've been to both #BIO and #ASCO, and they felt more aligned, but JPM's scale is unmatched in comparison.🌐 So, am I being too cautious by not seizing the opportunity to connect at #JPM2025? 🚀 Should I embrace the chaos and dive into the JPM experience? 🤷♂️ #RecruitmentInsights #NetworkingOpportunities #JPMorganConference #CareerNavigation
