Absolutely horrible experience with my dishwasher. Put in for repair on December 21st 2023. The technician Donald came out numerous times to look at my dryer and my clothes washer but never touched the dishwasher and would tell me he can't touch it and doesn't know when he'll be here to fix it. May 8th 2024 he finally came and looked at it and took the control panel out. June 12th Donald put in to have it repaired because Sears could not replace the control panel. It is been under escalation since May and today is September 3rd and I was told they don't know when they're going to have an answer for me. I was told that today by Edward ID number 158497. I have numerous ID numbers and spoke to 75 people with no help. Sears does not care about you and has no empathy for you and you cannot talk to anybody who is an American. You can never get anybody above a foreign service rep. SEARS DOES NOT WANT TO FIX EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THE FULL WARRANTY. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

OK, I'm not just mad. I'm DETERMINED that this SLACKER RIP- off company is NEVER going to get away with the runaround & BS I've endured waiting for their '9 day (July 1st - 9th..then 'no-show') technician 'Jerome H' to show, but NEVER did. THEN told, "oh no, that ticket is closed now". You'll have to reach back out to YOUR HOME WARRANTY company to open another ticket? Huh? After waiting 9 days, constant text messages assurring me they were company (from Sunday thru Weds). What happened, Jerome? Stop off for a beer somewhere? You NEVER came to my house. Doublechecked the Ring cameras for sure. You NEVER came. Then I got the courtesy of a 'Rate/Review message to rate your service? Then talked to 4 different Sears Home Service reps today and endless loop 'on-holds'? What a nightmare.

I am said to see but also feel some relief that others are having a horrible experience with Sears. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER Experienced. I have been waiting 4 months for an appliance to be replaced and each time I call they tell me to call back in either 3-5 or 5-7 business days. I had similar experience with initial repair calls where no one shows up due to "ran out of time" or "truck broke down" or "got in an accident" or "tech was sick". This is the biggest scam and should be SHUT DOWN with CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. As a CCXP and managing large contact centers and providing tech solutions for them, this by far is the worst contact center service ever. And hiring off shore agents with unbelievable background noise and agent claiming they do not have anyone they can escalate a call to is just plain wrong.

Sears home repair is a joke, but it's not funny. I had an appointment for an oven repair, I stayed home and Sears canceled my appointment THREE times. Each time, I was LIED to. "The technician was sent, but you weren't home." Not true, I stayed home, all day, 8 am to 5 pm and NOBODY came. In fact, Sears promised I would be called or texted first, which NEVER happened. 2nd time, I was told, the technician got sick and went home. REALLY? And I wasn't notified? No call, no text. 3rd time, no explanation given, just a unilateral change by Sears to another date! I found out by looking up my appointment halfway through the day of the 3rd appointment. Customer service representatives could only say "I'm sorry" but they had no power to connect me to anyone who would take responsibility nor anyone to lodge a complaint to. And good luck getting a human on the phone. If you follow the prompts you don't always get a human being. There is no "press Zero for a representative." It's obvious why this company is in trouble. They don't care about the customers once you purchase an appliance. SEARS: KEEP TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND YOU WILL BE LIKE BED BATH AND BEYOND AND OTHER DEAD COMPANIES.

If you are anywhere near north Georgia, I highly recommend you not use this company. My family has been without a refrigerator for 2 months because of them.
