I am not sure Doctors know what they are up against. It's already hard enough to hire, train, and retain great employees, and I am not against great administrative staff or even outsourcing your RCM. But I believe Opilio offers something truly unique to the market. Our sole focus is getting the insurance companies to the negotiating table. We have great relationships with amazing network managers throughout the payers and sometimes we can finish a negotiation in less than a month just like our last 15% increase we secured our client. Or... It may take several weeks of daily voicemails and 2 to 3 daily emails just to get them to engage like it did for one of our clients. Either way, Opilio has the process and take the "trust the process" mentality. Employees and other vendors are focused on multiple priorities each day. Not many people have the tenacity to get told no or be ignored for weeks / months on end and keep finding new ways to create the conversation. Rather than hire a new staff member or vendor with a different value proposition you can hire Opilio at a fraction of the cost, risk, and get way better outcomes guaranteed. Trust the process. And once you understand our pay for performance fee structure you'll see you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
